There are no drilling involved... just need to buy some parts...

These were the parts that I had to order...
909140020 - 12 Clips for the bottom of the skirt
96054FE000 - End Cover RH
96054FE010 - End Cover LH

Hardware...
Flat head and Phillips Screwdrivers
Pliers (optional)

There two more clips that you need to buy for the End Covers (1 each was all I needed cuz the other ones were on my car already) but they had them in stock so I don't know the part number.

Anyways, for the install it is quite simple really. Just look under the side of the car and then you will see small bumps in the paint - count there should be six of the exact same bumps. What they are, are really just little clips to cover the stock holes drilled onto the frame and painted over since we don't have a stock sideskirt. Take a flat headed screw driver and then pry them off. Not too hard once you get the hang of how to do it.

Next, take the end covers and place them on the end and use that one clip you bought and snap the clip in on the end and bottom of frame. (The clip is one of those phillips screw in clips).

After that just take the skirt (it will say RH or LH) and then align to the holes. And the use 6 of the 12 clips you bought and just snap it on! It might be a little loose, but just push harder on the clips and they will stay on fine. Of course not as sturdy or fit with drilling the side, but it hasn't fallen of my car. So yeah. No drilling required.
