Announcement!
The ISDC is to hold its Annual General Meeting at the Manor Hotel in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois on Sunday 10th February 2008.
This is an opportunity for all current members to hear the Committee's plans for future events, find out exactly how your Membership Fees were spent and you can raise any issues you may have or offer suggestions for the good of the club.
We will be collecting your €50 (still!) Membership Fees for those that want to renew or any new members who would like to join us. We now have well over 200 Members, so 2008 promises to be even better than 2007!

Rolling Road Day - Xtreme Autos, Waterford - 2007
Thanks to all who made it up or down to Waterford, hope you all made it home safely. Huge thanks to Richie and Xtreme Autos for making the day happen and for offering us special rates and for being so generous with prizes.
I'm not sure what time the day kicked off as I was late and tootling along there at a steady 70km/h, but big thanks to Norris who kept everything organised before I managed to get there. Cheers again bud. Leo was first up in his classic Legacy and put out figures, that ultimately, no-one could compete with in terms of overall gain from standard. Some of us were delighted with our results, some were disappointed, some hadn't quite got their Scoobies running as they'd wished before the test and some of us thought "ah, feck it, why not give it a lash"... Everyone there was looking forward to seeing new member Tom's RB320, but unfortunately for Tom the tracking was slightly out on the RB which meant that the car would pull from side to side on the rollers, this meant Tom's run had to be abandoned... maybe next time...

Colin McRae - 5th August 1968 - 15th September 2007
Colin's untimely death saddened us all at the ISDC, as a mark of respect, his image graces the top of our website. Colin McRae was truly deserving of legendary status and will be sorely missed by us all.
ISDC Colin McRae Memorial Stickers
The ISDC have produced these stickers to grace your Subaru in his memory. €10 from each sticker sold will be going to charity. We feel this is a fitting way to remember the man who put Subaru on the world map and who entertained us all throughout his shortlived career.
Stickers are available in either Black, Grey or White - please see the club shop.
JapFest - Mondello Park - 9th September 2007
Probably, no definitely, the largest gathering ever in Ireland of Irish Subaru Driver's Club members - it was some sight to behold, particularly the meet-up early on Sunday morning before heading to Mondello Park. A great day was had by all, with some great entertainment. A MUST for next year...

Benefits of becoming a Full ISDC Member
This year we aim to run at least one event every month (including meets, trackdays, shows, road trips to the UK, rolling roads, karting and more).
As a Full Member you will also receive discounts from suppliers and free entry to shows (when showing your car), we will also be aiming to have 'spot prizes' at these events. Full Members will also be legible for ISDC t-shirts - as soon as they're ready :D . You will also have access to the 'Members' section of the website - here you can benefit further from Technical Advice & Discussion, get the full low-down on Club Events, make requests to get your car 'Photoshopped' - see how it would look with that new spoiler or rims before having to spend your hard-earned cash. Full Members also get the chance to show off their pride and joy in the 'Feature Car' section.
